Echocardiogram
An echocardiogram is a test performed to view the structures of your heart using high frequency sound waves way beyond the range of hearing. The test helps determine the size, motion and function of the various structures within your heart.

Thallium Stress Test
It is a diagnostic test used to evaluate the adequacy of blood supply to the heart muscle. The heart muscle receives life-giving blood from vessels called coronary arteries. If they become partially blocked or narrowed, the heart may not receive the blood it needs to function properly. The narrowing of the coronary arteries is called coronary artery disease or CAD.

Exercise Treadmill Test
An exercise treadmill test is performed to help diagnose heart disease, monitor your blood pressure response to exercise and to determine your exercise tolerance.

Myocardial Perfusion Scan with Pharmacologic Stress
A myocardial perfusion scan (dual isotope protocol-Lexiscan or Adenosine) is a non-invasive test that is used to diagnose coronary artery disease (CAD), evaluate left ventricular function, and help determine the best treatment for people who have CAD.

Stress Echo Test
A stress echo test is done to evaluate the adequacy of blood supply to the heart muscle. This test has a greater accuracy in detecting significant coronart artery disease than an exercise treadmill test only. Comparisons of the resting and exercise images will assist the cardiologist in determining if your heart muscle is getting adequate blood supply.
