Women at Heart is a program designed to prevent and detect heart disease in women. Make an appointment and receive a comprehensive, complete risk assessment and
one-on-one consultation with:
- a nurse practitioner to create a custom risk-reduction plan
- a cardiac dietitian to create a nutrition plan
- an exercise physiologist to design a fitness plan
