Service Excellence Program
The Service Excellence Program recognizes employees for outstanding performance in the delivery of service to patients, residents and visitors and how they work as a team with other employees.
Employees are selected for recognition based on the following criteria:
- Provides service above and beyond expectations.
- Completes job with enthusiasm.
- Responsive to ideas, suggestions and concerns of patients, residents, visitors and fellow employees.
- Willing to help others and go beyond job description.
- Identifies and follows up on problems to ensure they get resolved.
- Portrays a positive image of the facility in and out of work.
- Willing to make decisions and meet patients, residents and visitors needs with commitment and urgency.
Our customers are encouraged to nominate staff for outstanding service.
