Notice of Pre-Employment Testing

Lakewood Health System conducts pre-employment testing as a condition of employment. Once these tests are completed successfully, a new employee may continue the employment process:

1. Health Screening

2. Drug and Alcohol Testing

3. Physical Demand Testing

4. Criminal Background Check

These tests will be scheduled once a conditional offer of employment has been made.
